Summer Padgett is a Northwest Florida REALTOR® with deep roots in Walton County and a background in public relations and marketing. Born and raised locally, she offers firsthand knowledge of the area's communities, from rural North Walton County to the Emerald Coast, helping buyers, sellers and investors navigate the market with confidence.

 

With a degree in public relations and a minor in marketing from Auburn University, along with professional experience in sales, tourism, content creation and public relations, Summer brings strong marketing insight, local expertise, and a client-focused approach to every transaction.

 

When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring local waterways with her dogs and spending time with family and friends.
